Due to the unprecedented current events that we are all experiencing, and after careful consideration of the Government's recommendations and to help the NHS, I have moved my practice, temporarily, online for the foreseeable future. Studies have shown that it is equally as effective as face to face counselling. *
I am able to use various formats, phone or video. If you have any questions about this, please do give me a call. There is no obligation for you to book an appointment.
If you would like to book, you can do so via the button below. I have more times available than are on the calendar, so if you have a preferred day/time that is not listed, please contact me and I will usually be able to accommodate.
Once you have booked an appointment, or during our initial call, I can send you further details of things to bear in mind when attending counselling online. We can also arrange how/when and what format we can use for our meeting.
I happy to go through the various options with you, and even spend some time setting things up with you (where possible) before the appointment, so that you feel comfortable with the format we have chosen.
We would treat the appointment as we would a face to face appointment. This is your time to explore and focus on the issues concerning you.
